With 2 hard-boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, an avocado, fresh basil and parsley, 2 scallions, 1 garlic clove, lime juice, cayenne and salt, all mixed together in a blender and you will create an incredible green dip for your snacks.

  1. Caesar dressing in tomatoes

You will need 1 hard-boiled egg, a third of a cup of mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, lemon zest and juice, 2 teaspoons of Dijon, and 2 garlic cloves. Put them in a blender and set the speed on low, allowing them to mix up while you slowly drizzle some olive oil on top.
