Depressive Episode or DepressionDepressive Episode or Depression are as violent as the depression itself, but their duration is less, it will return to a balanced mental state. There is therefore little or no consequences as a result of this type of episode. Depression, in turn, can last much longer, so long as the depressed person may end up feeling even depression as a normal state. Therefore, it is much more difficult to get out.
No real cause is the cause of depression, if it is a biological imbalance of neurotransmitters and hormones in the body: decreased secretion of serotonin and nor epinephrine, a weakened immune system, or of psychological and social factors among which are: divorce (or separation), dismissal, long-term unemployment, the loss of a loved one, job stress or family, isolation, worries cash …
