In today’s increasingly toxic world, our need to proactively manage our health is reaching a point of critical mass. A combination of environmental stressors, pollutants, and chemical additives to our food are overloading our bodies and minds with toxic material. This toxic overload is negatively impacting our health and creating all kinds of illness and disease.

We must diligently guard our health with all of the potentials that exist for toxic buildup, and one of the best ways to do this is through detox. A simple and effective way to improve your health without going through a complicated detoxification program is through consuming combinations of fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Drinking fresh juice is one of the most effective ways to improve your physical and emotional well-being. The addition of fresh juice packed with rich nutrients and live enzymes will flush your entire system of harmful toxins and infuse your cells with the nutrition that they so badly crave. There are several ways that consuming fresh juice can improve your health. Let’s look at some of the many benefits that await you as you pull out and dust off your juicer.

You Will Lose Fat Quickly

As you absorb the rich nutrients that consuming juice provides, your body will respond by resetting its optimum weight point, which results in quick weight loss and overall fat reduction. You have more energy to do things you wish to do, and this becomes a wonderful cycle of increased activity and positive results. Your jealous friends will wonder what you are doing!

You Will Look and Feel More Youthful

As you begin to flush your body of harmful toxins and increase live enzymes and rich nutrients, your skin tone will improve. Your hair will take on a sheen that you haven’t seen since your twenties, and chronic inflammatory conditions clear up quickly. Many people who take up this innovative approach to healthy “eating” report that aches and pains virtually disappear, along with a host of other body ailments and skin conditions. In short, you will look and feel years younger.

Drinking Fresh Juice Will Make You Feel Stronger

Juicing has been proven to improve athletic strength and endurance. A cup of beetroot juice can enhance cycling performance. Watermelon and cherry juices are known to have inflammatory properties, so they aid in muscle recovery after strenuous activity. Popeye was spot on when he claimed that he was “strong to the finish” when consuming his spinach. Flooding your system with these rich nutrients and live enzymes will get your body in top-notch condition.

Consuming Fresh Juice Improves Your Overall Mood

Our diets most certainly affect our mental state. Depression has now been linked to key nutritional deficiencies that build up over time and overload the system with a level of toxicity that causes irritability and brain fog. Juicing is a quick and easy way to provide the body with the vitamins and nutrients that you may be lacking. It is even suggested that increasing your consumption of fresh fruits, vegetables, and juices will reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.

How Do I Begin? What Should I Juice?

Many people are overwhelmed by the thought of putting fruits and vegetables through a juicer and coming away with delicious concoctions that are deliciously easy to drink. My own initiation into juicing was a trial and error period that I would rather not get into, and to save you some of the same pain and agony that I endured, I have listed below some of my favorite combinations and what they are designed to do for your body:

Green Apple Juice – Combine one green apple, three stalks of celery, 1/2 cucumber, and 1 pear; run all of these through the juicer, mix and enjoy. This juice is excellent for reducing stomach upset, and it will improve your sleep as well.

Carrot, Lemon, and Ginger – Combine 2 apples, any kind, 5 carrots, 1/4 lemon, and a small piece of ginger. This juice will give your hair and skin a healthy glow, and it will reduce painful joint inflammation.

Tropical Greens – Combine 4 kale leaves, 1 medium banana with peel removed, and 1/4 pineapple, rind removed. If you can get past the color, this juice will remind you of sipping tropical cocktails on a beach, and it is excellent for resetting your metabolism and increasing the release of natural digestive enzymes in the body.

Salsa In A Glass – Combine 3 tomatoes, 3 stalks of celery, 3 carrots, 1/2 lime, and a dash of cayenne pepper for taste and some heat. This is reminiscent of a drink that you might find at a bloody mary bar, and it is good for you! This unique combination of fruits and veggies is good for cleansing the blood and improving vision.

Don’t let the endless possibilities unnerve you – juicing is an exciting opportunity to experiment with unique combinations and see which juices make you look and feel your best. Get excited about this new path that you are about to embark on – you are on your way to premium health and wellness!
