1. A “Berry” Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen berries, mixed
  • ½ cup frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup red lentils, cooked and cooled
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk beverage
  • 1 Tsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 3 ice cubes

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, put the ice cubes, lentils, berries, coconut milk, banana, shredded coconut, and honey.
  2. Blend until the texture becomes smooth, ideally for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into a clear glass and garnish with more berries and shredded coconut if desired.
  4. Serve cold.

2. Minty Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc. apple
  • ½ of a banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 10 grams mint
  • A Handful of Ice
  • 200 ml. coconut water

Procedure:

  1. Remove the core of the apple and slice it into small pieces.
  2. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
  3. Get the leaves of the mint from the stem.
  4. Blend all the ingredients in the blender for 1 minutes.
  5. Serve in a glass and top with your favorite ingredients.

3. Pure Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • ½ cup unsweetened milk
  • ½ cup coconut flesh, freshly grated
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 pc. banana

Procedure:

  1. Combine the coconut water and the coconut flesh in the blender and blend for a minute until they become smooth.
  2. Slowly add the milk and the banana. Blend again for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the crushed ice and the ice cream. Blend for another 30 seconds until it becomes frothy.
  4. Pour into desired serving glasses. Enjoy!

4. Tropical Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice, crushed
  • 1 (6 ounces) coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsps. coconut meat, freshly shredded
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • desiccated coconut, toasted (for toppings)

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, crushed ice, coconut yogurt, coconut meat, and pineapple chunks.
  2. Blend for at least 30 minutes until ingredients become smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into serving glasses and top with toasted desiccated coconut.
  4. Serve cold.
